Manager, GTM Recruiting

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of GTM Recruiters focused on hiring top talent
• Set and drive team goals around pipeline quality, conversion rates, time-to-fill, and candidate experience
• Partner with GTM stakeholders to translate hiring needs into sourcing and assessment strategies
• Maintain a clear view of pipeline health across your function; surface risks and recommendations to leadership
• Champion recruiting process quality, driving consistency in interviews, calibration, and offer strategy
• Develop and refine frameworks for evaluating candidates in specialized and leadership-level roles
• Contribute to recruiting enablement, onboarding new team members, and elevating the craft of your recruiters
• Partner with Recruiting Ops, Comp, and Finance on headcount planning, tooling, and capacity modeling

Requirements

• 6+ years of GTM recruiting experience in high-growth or venture-backed tech companies
• 2+ years of people management experience leading GTM recruiting teams
• Track record of developing recruiters through direct feedback and 1:1s
• Strong analytical instincts with ability to translate pipeline data into action
• Experience as a strategic partner to senior leadership
• Ability to operate with autonomy and handle ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience navigating recruiting in a post-acquisition or org integration context
• Proficiency with Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar tooling
