Responsibilities
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning for all GTM teams, including P&L and cohort modeling
- Manage end-to-end financial lifecycle for Sales, Marketing, and RevOps workstreams
- Model, validate, and report on sales commissions and incentive programs
- Partner with Sales Ops and HR to align commission plans with profitability and ARR goals
- Act as the primary liaison between GTM Leadership and Corporate FP&A
- Perform bridge analyses to explain variances in Revenue, Commissions, Spend, and CapEx
- Implement lean finance practices and document SOPs for budget management and quota planning
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, or Strategic Finance
- Experience supporting Sales and Marketing in high-growth technology or SaaS environments
- Deep understanding of B2B metrics (ARR, NRR, Pipeline Velocity) and B2C economics (CAC, LTV, Payback)
- Advanced proficiency in Business Intelligence tools like Tableau or PowerBI
- Experience with EPM systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, or Hyperion
- Proven ability to influence senior cross-functional leaders
- Experience leveraging AI tools to transform workflows
