Manager, GTM Engineering & Revenue Systems

Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot and other GTM tooling implementations
• Ensure CRM is the trusted system of record with clean field definitions and automation logic
• Design scalable data models, workflows, and integrations across systems
• Identify and deploy automation across the revenue lifecycle
• Implement AI-driven workflows to reduce manual CRM updates
• Own the infrastructure powering revenue dashboards and commercial KPIs
• Maintain data accuracy protocols and lead change management for tool rollouts

Requirements

• 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems in B2B SaaS
• Deep, hands-on experience building and maintaining HubSpot
• Experience supporting commission tracking, quota-setting, and territory design
• Experience building dashboards with BI tools (Equals, Looker, Tableau, Metabase, etc.)
• Based in Denver, CO
• Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing AI workflows or automation tools
• SQL or data architecture experience
• Experience in franchise, multi-location, or vertical SaaS businesses

Benefits

• $150,000–$170,000 base salary
• $20,000–$25,000 MBO bonus
