Manager, GTM Applications Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing, hybrid team of engineers and functional resources
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery lifecycle from requirements discovery through deployment and support
• Influence the application roadmap for CLM, Post-Sales, Professional Services, and Education domains
• Drive technical architecture, code reviews, and system design validation for Salesforce and integrated GTM systems
• Champion the adoption of AI-assisted development tools and embed AI solutions to drive automation
• Partner with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into technical strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise application development or GTM systems
• 2–3+ years of direct people management experience leading technical teams
• Deep hands-on development and architecture experience within the Salesforce CRM ecosystem
• Strong experience with CLM platforms such as DocuSign or Ironclad
• Proven track record as a strong AI adopter to improve engineering efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on programming experience with Python for enterprise integrations
• Familiarity with leveraging the Snowflake AI Data platform
