About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead benefits and compensation administration activities within a Global Shared Services model to support U.S.-based Human Resources functions.
- Manage day-to-day compensation operations, including market analysis, salary actions for non-executive employees, and resolving inquiries.
- Administer sales incentives and the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), including calculations and earnings validation.
- Support annual merit cycles and non-executive salary planning processes.
- Supervise and direct operational staff, including Benefits Analysts, managing work allocation, quality assurance, and performance against KPIs/SLAs.
- Oversee 401(k) administration, tuition reimbursement, and health and welfare vendor management.
- Maintain SOPs, internal controls, and audit documentation for recurring annual processes.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in Compensation operations; experience with Benefits is preferred.
- Proven experience managing or leading operational teams.
- Required experience supporting U.S.-based HR processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a Global Shared Services or delivery-oriented environment.
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. benefits administration.
