Manager, Growth Strategy and Operations

Responsibilities

• Support new market launches on the ground, working with local teams and cross-functional partners
• Develop and maintain the new market launch playbook into a repeatable framework and project plan
• Drive operational enablement across the Growth team, including supporting new program rollouts
• Gather and implement feedback from Growth Operations to translate frontline input into process improvements
• Support regular reporting and performance tracking to monitor new processes and launches
• Collaborate across Clinical Operations, Marketing, and other partner teams to align launch work
• Facilitate cross-functional and external stakeholder engagement to drive progress against key initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare delivery, operations, program management, or consulting
• Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and operate in ambiguity
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
• Ability to connect strategy to daily execution in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work in a hybrid environment with travel to centers and new market sites
• Ability to travel up to 75% during center launches

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in operations and implementation projects
• Familiarity with elder care organizations
• Experience supporting new site, market, or program launches in a healthcare or multi-site operating environment
