About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support growth and subscription marketing strategies focusing on acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Develop compelling subscription value propositions, messaging, and positioning to articulate product benefits.
  • Manage subscription growth channels and execute rigorous A/B and multivariate testing programs across the funnel.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to bring new subscription offers and value propositions to market.
  • Drive initiatives to improve the user journey from prospect to subscriber, focusing on seamless onboarding and friction reduction.
  • Identify new entry points and user interaction methods to support the subscription value proposition.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in growth marketing, with at least 2 years focused on subscription-based products.
  • Proven experience in subscription marketing, including bundled subscriptions, upsells, and complex pricing tiers.
  • Deep understanding of the iOS and Google Play app ecosystems and their technical/commercial nuances.
  • Analytical fluency with the ability to leverage data such as LTV, churn, cohort analysis, and ARPU to inform strategy.
  • Strong experience developing and executing testing plans (A/B, multivariate) to optimize conversion metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid environment and collaborate effectively across Creative, Product, and Engineering teams.
