Manager, Growth Marketing

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy for practices in partnership with the Head of Marketing
• Develop onboarding plans and roadmaps for existing accounts
• Manage channel mix, budget allocation, and growth targets across PPC, SEO, and email
• Lead a team of managers, strategists, and specialists
• Manage senior-level client relationships and lead strategic reviews
• Define and own key metrics including CAC, lead quality, organic traffic, and email revenue

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years in growth or performance marketing
• Experience in healthcare wellness, beauty, or aesthetic adjacent industries
• Hands-on expertise in PPC, SEO, and email marketing
• Deep working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4
• 3+ years of experience managing a team
• Ability to communicate complex data to stakeholders like surgeons and executives

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with HIPAA-adjacent advertising constraints
• Experience with aesthetic and surgical content editorial sensitivity
• Experience working with global teams and clients
• Experience supporting automation builds for product teams
