Manager, Growth Innovation

Responsibilities

• Drive growth experiments end to end, specifically designing and executing the roadmap for Rewards and Campaigns.
• Identify and size new opportunities by collaborating with strategy teams to define customer profiles and product adoption journeys.
• Build and maintain a growth testing system, including frameworks, instrumentation, and decision logs.
• Partner with Creative teams to brief and test visual, copy, and video assets to lift conversion rates.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Science to scope and ship experiments.
• Synthesize experiment insights into strategic recommendations for senior leadership to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Growth, with a proven track record of leading end-to-end experiments.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in growth analytics and experimentation frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, product-led growth (PLG), or B2B SaaS.
• Experience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA or Master's.
