About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage net-new pitch processes including timelines, briefings, and win strategies
- Contribute content for new client proposals and tender documents
- Craft detailed responses for RFIs and procurement processes
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams during the pitch process
- Improve business development processes including qualification and pitch casting
- Manage client communications to position the company as a strategic partner
- Partner with marketing teams to develop case studies and thought leadership content
Requirements
- 5+ years of agency sales, growth, or client services experience
- Experience selling agency services across various industries
- Proven track record managing net-new pitch processes
- Understanding of branding, creative, media, ecommerce, and engineering
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams to develop client solutions
- Experience building relationships with VP-level clients and decision-makers
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with project coordination abilities
