About the role
Responsibilities
- Increase ticket sales and revenue for the Capital City Go-Go through telemarketing, email, and face-to-face presentations
- Build new sales opportunities and develop prospects via self-generated leads and sales campaigns
- Achieve or exceed weekly performance metrics and sales activity targets
- Prospect new group sales opportunities and collaborate on Theme Night designs
- Manage prospect and customer data within Salesforce CRM
- Serve as the On-site Ticket Sales Manager for all Capital City Go-Go games
- Execute ticket activations and fan experiences
- Upsell prospects into Washington Wizards ticket products
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of sales experience including telemarketing and pipeline management
- Ability to make 40+ outbound calls daily
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
