About the role

Responsibilities

  • Increase ticket sales and revenue for the Capital City Go-Go through telemarketing, email, and face-to-face presentations
  • Build new sales opportunities and develop prospects via self-generated leads and sales campaigns
  • Achieve or exceed weekly performance metrics and sales activity targets
  • Prospect new group sales opportunities and collaborate on Theme Night designs
  • Manage prospect and customer data within Salesforce CRM
  • Serve as the On-site Ticket Sales Manager for all Capital City Go-Go games
  • Execute ticket activations and fan experiences
  • Upsell prospects into Washington Wizards ticket products

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years of sales experience including telemarketing and pipeline management
  • Ability to make 40+ outbound calls daily
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
