Manager Group Accounting

Responsibilities

• Drive the use of AI and automation within group accounting by identifying optimization potential and piloting new tools like Claude
• Act as a multiplier for digital workflows across Finance, Tax, and IT departments
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow
• Manage IFRS and LUX-GAAP bookings and documentation within consolidation tools
• Coordinate external audits by managing timelines and collaborating with local finance teams
• Support compliance certification and various reporting requirements

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience in group accounting, audit, or a comparable finance function
• Knowledge of IFRS and/or LUX-GAAP reporting standards
• AI-native mindset with practical experience using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot
• German language proficiency at a C2 level
• English language proficiency at a C1 level
• A team-oriented, curious personality with a strong desire to learn and implement modern workflows
