Responsibilities

• Support projects in-country and/or regional client or development opportunities
• Develop research, analysis, written insights and other deliverables for clients and senior leadership
• Engage with client counterparts to understand requirements and participate in presentations
• Innovate and develop tools for efficient management and delivery of programmes
• Support delivery of high levels of project impact and performance tracking
• Play a hands-on role in opportunity scoping and relationship building to expand TBI to new geographies
• Support new projects in their inception and implementation phases

Requirements

• Must be a Saudi National
• 5-7 years of experience in consulting, economics, or high impact civil society organisations
• Previous experience in strategy or management consulting
• Strong analytical skills and ability to produce high-quality deliverables for senior government clients
• Proven project management and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills for navigating executive and technical levels
• Proactive, hands-on attitude and entrepreneurial mindset
• Passion for technology and interest in using new software
