Manager Governance & Data

Responsibilities

• Define and lead BI and Data strategies in collaboration with business departments and IT directorates
• Facilitate scoping workshops and formalize strategic requirements
• Supervise functional and technical specifications for data projects
• Manage complex end-to-end projects, including planning, budget, risks, and governance
• Oversee operational project teams and ensure high standards of excellence
• Drive change management and solution adoption within client organizations
• Identify and develop new commercial opportunities through client relationship management
• Support recruitment and mentor consultants to foster professional growth

Requirements

• Engineering, Business, or University degree, ideally with an IT or Digital focus
• At least 6 years of professional experience in consulting or data management
• Strong knowledge of BI, MDM, Data Quality, Metadata, and Data Compliance
• Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and project management
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and multi-stakeholder coordination
• Fluency in English and ability to work in an international environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the Luxury or Retail sectors
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Big Data and Artificial Intelligence
• Experience in business development and responding to tenders
