Manager - GMP and Compliance (Process)

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the operations team to ensure the highest standards of GMP, food safety, hygiene, and quality compliance.
• Drive a culture of food safety and quality on the shop floor through system development and monitoring plans.
• Execute global CAPA assessments, root cause analysis (RCA), and preventive actions to avoid operational impacts.
• Lead Business Excellence programs and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Sigma methodologies.
• Manage internal and external audits and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to manufacturing standards.
• Oversee 5S methodology, cleaning/sanitizing chemical handling, and strict adherence to SOPs.
• Manage team performance, career development, and provide necessary training to maintain compliance excellence.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in GMP compliance and food safety management.
• Strong expertise in CAPA execution and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Experience with Lean/Sigma continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in handling internal and external audits and compliance reviews.
• Knowledge of 5S methodology and manufacturing hygiene standards.
