Manager, Global Workforce Planning Excellence

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end workforce planning cadence, including long-range strategic planning, annual business planning, and quarterly forecasting.
• Drive change management for new planning processes and tools through communication strategies and training programs.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of global plans by establishing planning policies, forecast timelines, and data quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with HR and Finance stakeholders across Brands, Regions, and Group Functions to ensure alignment on targets.
• Partner with system administration teams to scale the planning platform and implement technical solutions.
• Support strategic projects such as driver-based scenario modeling for workforce costs and variance analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional processes, ideally within HR or Finance.
• Hands-on experience in workforce planning, forecasting, and budgeting/planning processes.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• In-depth knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial modeling.
• Experience working with financial planning systems such as OneStream or Oracle.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
