Manager, Global Supply Chain - Innovation

Responsibilities

• Develop and obtain high-quality demand, supply, logistics, and distribution inputs to create robust inventory plans
• Optimize service and inventory levels by SKU across the supply chain network to support innovation launches
• Model scenarios to understand impacts of changes to demand, supply, and network assumptions
• Generate and report on key KPIs to Brand and Growth teams
• Place purchase orders and interface with external partners to ensure correct lead times and on-time production
• Ensure accurate item setup across multiple digital channels

Requirements

• BA or equivalent in supply chain, finance, engineering, or economics
• Experience in a fast-paced CPG environment
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Ability to develop inventory models for volatile product launches
• Strong communication skills for simplifying complex scenarios

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with SAP
