About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and execute global sourcing strategies and supplier network designs
- Hold suppliers accountable for operational performance, quality, and compliance
- Lead commercial negotiations and supplier onboarding/offboarding processes
- Manage supplier capacity and integrate suppliers into product development
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of procurement or supplier management experience at an MNC
- Master's degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Business Management
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
- International exposure in a global supply chain environment
- Experience with data-driven performance scorecard reviews
