Responsibilities

• Serve as the social marketing expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute social marketing workstreams and campaigns
• Collaborate in the development of social marketing strategy with the Sr. Manager, Global Social Marketing
• Develop and execute social marketing campaigns based on audience insights
• Develop social engagement and growth performance metrics and provide in-depth analysis and reporting
• Steer creative ideation and social content development for best-in-class campaigns
• Partner with Brand Marketing, Community Management, and Creator/Influencer Marketing teams
• Present and report to key stakeholders on social marketing strategies and results

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience as a Global Social Marketing leader in live service games
• Expert knowledge in crafting integrated social marketing strategies across multiple channels
• Deep understanding of global social media platforms including Twitch, YouTube, Discord, TikTok, Reddit, and Steam
• Proficiency with social marketing and reporting tools
• Strong team management and cross-functional leadership skills in a matrixed organization
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make critical decisions quickly
