Manager, Global Sales, EMEA

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and develop a world-class outbound sales team in Bangalore dedicated to the EMEA region
• Own sales performance management, ensuring the team meets pipeline, conversion, and revenue targets
• Develop and optimize best-in-class sales processes to accelerate deal closure and high conversion rates
• Refine sales playbooks, negotiation frameworks, and closing strategies tailored to the EMEA market
• Implement quality control measures, including sales call reviews and win-loss analysis
• Partner with regional sales leadership to scale global go-to-market strategies
• Manage workflows across multiple time zones to ensure seamless collaboration with regional teams

Requirements

• 10+ years of total sales experience, with specific expertise in outbound sales
• 5+ years of experience managing global sales teams
• Proven track record in hiring, training, and developing top-tier sales talent
• Deep expertise in B2B full-cycle sales, deal negotiation, and revenue generation
• Experience managing international sales teams across global time zones
• Strong familiarity with CRM workflows, automation strategies, and AI-powered sales engagement tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in or a strong understanding of the fintech or payments industry
