Manager, Global Rewards

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and HR Business Partners on compensation framework, programs, and decisions
• Conduct compensation benchmarking and support annual performance review cycles
• Build and maintain analytical models and spreadsheets to surface insights for rewards strategy
• Translate data and analysis into clear recommendations for leadership and key stakeholders
• Manage day-to-day benefits administration and serve as a resource for employees
• Educate new hires on benefit programs, processes, and compensation philosophy
• Administer global benefits through PEO (US) and brokers (UK, IL)
• Maintain the HRIS system, including reporting and data analysis

Requirements

• 7-10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in compensation consulting or analytics
• Knowledge of global compensation practices including base salary, variable incentives, and equity
• Advanced Excel proficiency and strong analytical skills
• Strong process and project management skills
• Broad knowledge of US Human Resources principles and benefit programs
• Excellent executive-level communication skills
• Ownership mentality and proactive problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with benefits administration
• Knowledge of UK and Israel benefit programs
