About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality brand, creative, and innovation insights and analytics projects.
  • Execute or oversee work products including questionnaires, project schedules, and deliverables.
  • Conduct data analysis, generate insights, and perform preliminary reporting for medium to high complexity accounts.
  • Participate in study design and questionnaire discussions, taking a lead role as appropriate.
  • Manage project timelines and work processes while collaborating with internal departments and clients.
  • Identify and solve project issues and perform in-depth quality checks to ensure data accuracy.
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and mentoring to junior client service staff.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to the team culture.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of market research experience with direct involvement in quantitative research execution and analysis.
  • Proven experience in project management and delivering results to clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and experience with SPSS or similar data management/cross-tab tools.
  • Strong process and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to internal and external audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in market research, marketing, social sciences, mathematics, or a related analytic discipline.
