Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a highly technical team supporting application system development, production support, and testing
• Manage day-to-day work and projects for teams supporting mainframe, distributed, or other application systems
• Oversee analysis, programming, and testing activities, including feasibility studies and cost estimates
• Review and audit the technical work of team members and manage work undertaken by contractors or third parties
• Manage resource allocation and provide input into divisional plans and budgets
• Ensure all software applications meet organizational standards, end-user requirements, and regulatory compliance
• Communicate with technical and business teams to support project delivery and translate technical resolutions into business terms
• Administer change control processes to ensure zero-defect system development

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
• Minimum of 6 years of related professional experience
• 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory position
