Manager, Global Mobility Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage operational casework for the Global Mobility Center of Excellence, including preparation and tracking of initial and renewal-based immigration matters (TN, O-1, H1B1, E-3, J-1, etc.)
• Support international hiring and workforce processes, including visa coordination and work authorization for international hires and consultants
• Partner with Legal teams and external immigration counsel on compliance and country entry facilitation
• Maintain subject matter expertise in U.S. immigration regulations and operational best practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally to assess travel volumes, workforce planning, and operational needs
• Serve as an operational point of contact for endorsed travelers and stakeholders
• Support operational reporting, metrics tracking, and data management in collaboration with the Technology team

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in global mobility, immigration operations, or related fields
• Demonstrated experience managing nonimmigrant visa classifications (TN, O-1, H1B1, E-3, J-1)
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. immigration processes and federal government entities (USCIS, CBP, DHS)
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills in high-visibility environments
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Ability to work onsite in a Downtown Los Angeles office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale global events or international workforce mobilization
• Experience in high-volume stakeholder coordination environments
