Manager, Global Mobility & Immigration Ops

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consulting and guidance on complex mobility and immigration issues, including counseling relocating employees.
• Analyze data to offer sound recommendations to business organizations regarding mobility and immigration considerations.
• Support program requirements such as cost projections, policy consultation, assignment documentation, and international immigration support coordination.
• Manage vendor relationships and facilitate intercompany chargebacks, purchase orders, billing, and invoicing.
• Plan and assist with the implementation of Global Mobility policy updates, new vendors, and system data flows.
• Build and manage partnerships with key stakeholders including HR Business Partners, Legal, Tax, Equity, Payroll, and Finance.
• Maintain a compliance framework for the mobile and immigration employee population to support enterprise-wide strategy.
• Stay updated on global immigration trends to benchmark and develop alternative solutions to emerging challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in global mobility or immigration operations.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Significant experience serving as a Global Mobility Manager for a large-scale company.
• Direct experience with mobility tax considerations.
