Manager Global Mobility

Responsibilities

• Advise international clients on the tax and social security implications of cross-border employment
• Support organizations in developing and optimizing their global mobility programs and strategies
• Ensure clients remain compliant with existing and new legislation regarding cross-border labor
• Maintain contact with client employees to inform them of tax and social security consequences of their work arrangements
• Research and analyze tax and social security laws, regulations, and jurisprudence to provide strategic advice
• Manage complex compliance, reporting, and risk issues related to the global deployment of employees

Requirements

• WO degree in tax law or tax economics
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant tax experience
• Willingness to follow the three-year NOB (Nederlandse Orde van Belastingadviseurs) training program
• Strong affinity with cross-border labor and international mobility
• Excellent proficiency in both Dutch and English
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with a proactive and accurate working style
