Manager - Global Finance

Responsibilities

• Supervise accounts payable and receivable, including vendor invoices, payments, and collections
• Maintain general ledger and sub-ledgers, ensuring accurate and timely posting of all financial transactions
• Track inventory valuation across multiple product lines and reconcile stock with financial records
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow and fund movements
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to provide financial insights on sales, margins, and receivables
• Handle accounting for global branches, including tracking incentives, commissions, and partner account reconciliations
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes and support operational audit requirements

Requirements

• Strong accounting fundamentals, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Experience working in high-volume transaction environments
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
• Understanding of inventory-heavy businesses, preferably within IT distribution
