Manager – Global Directs Procurement De-risking

Responsibilities

• Create and execute effective de-risking strategies for the global materials and packaging portfolio in alignment with local business requirements.
• Deliver financial and operational benefits through collaborative strategy execution and adherence to Procurement Savings Methodology.
• Build strategic relationships with senior local and regional stakeholders to identify value opportunities and position Procurement's value proposition.
• Manage external supplier relationships to ensure value is driven from regional and local partnerships.
• Transform the supply chain to increase responsiveness to business and customer needs while managing quality, service, and supply risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or Marketing.
• 3+ years of operational Procurement experience.
• Proven experience in risk management and de-risking activities.
• Significant experience working within a matrixed (global/regional) business environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks across various projects.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of the external market environment and supplier relationship models.
• Strong networking skills and a proven ability to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional business partners.
