Manager, Global Consolidations

Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation of monthly consolidations with multiple domestic and international subsidiaries in accordance with US GAAP
• Review and document intercompany transactions and balances to ensure proper elimination
• Analyze the impact of realized and unrealized foreign currency movements
• Implement AI-based automations and efficiencies in the consolidations process
• Perform continuous assessment of the consolidation close process and implement controls
• Support year-end financial statement audits and statutory audits
• Assist with special projects, ERP improvements, and internal controls

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Active CPA license required
• Experience with a Big 4 firm and/or SEC-registered company
• Proven track record managing and developing direct reports
• Strong Excel skills for large data set manipulation
• Experience in a high growth global organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in a global consolidations role
• Knowledge of or experience with AI tools
