About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end supply plans for innovative medicines in clinical development.
- Translate clinical trial protocol information into study supply plans and forecast product requirements.
- Manage scenario planning, clinical supply recommendations, and risk mitigation for assigned clinical programs.
- Act as a primary interface between clinical supply stakeholders, including Clinical Operations, Pharmaceutical Sciences, and Quality Assurance.
- Oversee forecast planning and inventory management of investigational medicines and comparators.
- Lead operational feasibility assessments and risk mitigation for new clinical protocols.
- Develop and maintain detailed clinical supply models to monitor study baselines and finished goods inventories.
- Collaborate with Logistics to facilitate global cross-border supply strategies and ensure compliance with global trade standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Management, Pharmacy, or a scientific/technical field.
- 4+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry or Contract Provider environment.
- Working knowledge of GxP principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Completion of a 2-year Post-PharmD Fellowship or an MBA.
- Experience with Interactive Response Technology (IRT) or MS Project.
- Experience with Medical Devices.
