About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with global teams and local markets
- Ensure compliance of processes and proper use of systems globally
- Manage budget and finance via Media Tools, including spend/impression reporting and audit deliverables
- Oversee reporting and QA hygiene processes between analytics, planning, and investment teams
- Document processes, create templates, and identify operational improvements
- Coordinate education sessions and enterprise-level thought leadership
- Manage annual schedules of deliverables and ensure deadlines are met
- Collaborate with agency partners and external stakeholders to improve workflows
- Manage key global process documents such as recruitment trackers and weekly status reports
Requirements
- Foundational knowledge of planning and investment processes (trafficking, billing, competitive)
- Strong Excel experience for data compilation, analysis, and automation
- Process-oriented and operationally minded mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Problem-solving skills and a drive for efficiency
- Strong, concise communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple competing priorities
- Working knowledge of Mediatools
