Manager, Global Accounting CoE

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in treasury, benefits, and general accounting processes and policies.
• Prepare and update process documentation and flowcharts to ensure global consistency and accuracy.
• Evaluate and refine manual journal entry processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen controls.
• Partner with Corporate Controllership and HR/Benefits to improve processes related to stock options, healthcare, and insurance.
• Collaborate with Treasury and Risk Management to standardize cash management and bank account alignment.
• Lead special projects and initiatives within the Accounting CoE to support business partners across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or auditing.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or candidate currently sitting for the CPA exam.
• Public accounting experience, particularly with Big 4 firms.
• Experience with Oracle General Ledger, OneStream, or Lucernex.
