Manager, GL & Cash Management

Responsibilities

• Oversee all general ledger activities, month-end closing processes, and consolidation across multiple jurisdictions
• Manage cash flow forecasting, monitoring, and optimization to ensure adequate liquidity for operations
• Oversee banking relationships, foreign exchange exposures, and bank account management
• Manage fixed asset accounting, including additions, disposals, depreciation, and asset register accuracy
• Develop and maintain robust financial controls, account reconciliations, and approval processes
• Provide direct supervision, performance management, and professional development for the GL and cash management team
• Prepare monthly financial packages, management reports, and variance analyses

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification
• 6-8 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Proven experience in multi-jurisdictional GL and cash management
• Expertise in fixed asset accounting and management
• Strong team leadership and people management experience
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel/financial modeling skills
• Expert knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP)
