Manager, FX Risk Management

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day aspects of global FX hedging programs, including monitoring exposures and positions
• Manage the FX derivatives portfolio, including data management, documentation, and hedge designation
• Execute foreign exchange hedge contracts in accordance with market dynamics and risk management policy
• Lead FX-related forecasting and analysis to estimate impacts on business-level and enterprise P&L
• Support senior Treasury and Finance leadership with analysis and presentations for risk management committees
• Manage external relationships with banking partners related to FX risk management
• Directly manage and develop Analysts and Senior Analysts, providing mentorship and career growth support
• Drive process improvements through the leveraging of technology and automation

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in finance (Treasury, financial risk management, FP&A, or capital markets)
• Strong interest in financial markets, including derivatives and hedging strategies
• Proven ability to manage complex workstreams and prioritize competing deadlines
• Demonstrated people-management or team-leadership experience
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing materials for senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in investment banking, corporate treasury, or finance within a large, global corporate environment
• Familiarity with derivatives accounting and collaboration with accounting teams
• Advanced degree such as an MBA
