Manager, Future Mobility

Responsibilities

• Lead site assessment and selection across the 4,500+ location portfolio for AV, drone delivery, robot delivery, and eVTOL partners
• Project-manage site retrofits to enable Future Mobility operations by working cross-functionally with real estate, procurement, and operations teams
• Serve as the primary liaison between Future Mobility partners, asset owners, and operations to build trusted relationships and unblock issues
• Partner with sales and business development to source net-new sites that meet partner needs, scoping deal terms and acquisition requirements
• Work hand-in-hand with operations leaders and on-the-ground teams to ensure partners receive necessary support at launch and through ongoing operations
• Track deployment KPIs and partner-level performance to build reporting and analyses that quantify business impact
• Surface partner feedback and on-the-ground learnings to shape the broader Future Mobility roadmap and product strategy

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in mobility operations or business development at a fast-paced tech startup
• Experience in future mobility including AV, drones, or eVTOL
• Well-versed knowledge in at least one of parking, mobility, or real estate
• Demonstrated success in partner management, account management, or strategic partnerships
• Experience managing multiple partner accounts and projects in parallel
• Strong analytical skills to build reporting and track KPIs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to operate with comfort in ambiguity
• Experience leveraging AI tools to transform workflows
