Manager, Fund and Portfolio Management

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day operations of various investment platforms in accordance with legal documentation and agreements.
• Prepare annual business plans and seek appropriate internal and external approvals.
• Review and develop asset-level strategies to optimize overall fund performance in alignment with annual business plans.
• Manage cash flow models, including actuals and projections, to ensure accurate cash monitoring, dividend distributions, and capital calls.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual investor reports, including valuation reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain close working relationships with existing investors and support marketing activities for potential new investors.
• Coordinate with acquisition teams to identify potential assets and manage the approval process for acquisitions.
• Work with asset and ESG managers to track the progress and success of fund-level ESG goals.

Requirements

• 6-7 years of relevant experience in fund or portfolio management.
• Proven experience in cross-jurisdiction investment platform operations, preferably in Korea or Singapore, with exposure to global investors.
• Hands-on experience in investor relations, fundraising, investment management, and real estate asset acquisitions/divestments.
• Substantial understanding of fund and tax structuring.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail.
• Fluency in both English and Korean (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments and travel internationally as required.
