Manager, Functional Systems & Technology

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic direction and oversee the build and deployment of functional systems and technology initiatives
• Partner with business stakeholders to define product and technical requirements for system initiatives
• Lead analysis efforts to determine comprehensive business requirements and oversee design reviews
• Orchestrate build, test, and deployment activities for functional platforms
• Develop team members through strategic plans, recommended learning paths, and mentorship
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and agreement on project deliverables
• Recommend and execute functional platform enhancements in conjunction with stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent combination of coursework and professional experience)
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in systems or technology management
• Proven experience in requirement analysis and project execution
• Strong ability to provide team mentorship and professional development
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters
