Manager, Fulfillment & Inventory Operations

Responsibilities

• Own fulfillment execution for O&O brands, ensuring accurate and timely order processing through 3PL partners
• Maintain inventory accuracy across NetSuite, 3PL WMS systems, and internal tools
• Define and hold SLAs for PO placement, inventory availability, returns, and shipment
• Manage end-to-end returns operations including triage, disposition, and resale channel execution
• Manage 3PL operational performance using a data-first lens to drive accountability
• Partner with Data Engineering to design scalable reporting pipelines and operational dashboards
• Use AI tools, scripting, and workflow automation to streamline exception handling and SOP creation
• Document and systematize operational processes into repeatable playbooks

Requirements

• Experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce
• Demonstrated analytical skills with ability to manipulate data using SQL, Python, or spreadsheets
• Real exposure to APIs, automation tools, or scripting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with NetSuite, Shopify, and ERP/WMS/OMS platforms
• Experience with workflow automation tools like Make, Zapier, Prefect, or Airflow
• Exposure to BI tools such as Looker, dbt, Redshift, or BigQuery
• Hands-on use of LLMs or AI assistants to solve business problems
• Experience managing reverse logistics or recommerce workflows
