Manager, FP&A

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to the North America Sports & Entertainment business across planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Own long-range planning and scenario modeling, incorporating key financial and operational drivers
• Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting processes across P&L and working capital using Oracle Fusion
• Analyze large datasets across financial and operational systems to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Leverage Snowflake to access and work with underlying data to support financial analysis and decision-making
• Apply data-driven approaches, including use of AI tools, to improve forecasting accuracy and streamline analysis
• Partner with Accounting to ensure alignment between actuals, forecasts, and reporting
• Provide clear and concise variance analysis and commentary to senior leadership
• Support FP&A systems such as Anaplan and ongoing integration with ERP and data platforms

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in FP&A, finance, investment banking, or consulting
• Advanced Excel skills with experience building complex financial models
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP or Oracle Fusion
• Experience working with large datasets and platforms such as Snowflake
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Strong understanding of financial principles and GAAP

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Sigma or similar tools for data exploration
• Exposure to AI tools or data-driven methodologies in finance
• Experience with FP&A tools such as Hyperion
