About the role
Responsibilities
- Preparation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
- Track budget vs actuals and communicate key metrics
- Define processes and control manufacturing, service, and network P&L
- Perform full charge bookkeeping, including month and year-end closures
- Lead FP&A initiatives across various departments
Requirements
- CA or CMA qualification
- 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing, ops finance, or FP&A
- Proficiency in ERP systems
- Experience in a manufacturing and operations finance setup
- Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle diverse tasks
