About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the annual operating plan (AOP) process and coordinate inputs across business units and manufacturing operations
- Lead quarterly and monthly re-forecast cycles for revenue, cost, headcount, and capex
- Build and maintain the consolidated corporate financial model including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Serve as a primary finance business partner to functional leaders to translate operational activity into financial insight
- Design and deliver monthly business reviews with variance analysis for executive audiences
- Develop KPI frameworks and automate FP&A processes to scale reporting infrastructure
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or corporate finance
- At least 2 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or similar analytical roles
- Exceptional financial modeling skills with ability to build integrated three-statement models from scratch
- Experience owning end-to-end planning cycles in complex operating environments
- Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance audiences
- Ability to be onsite 3–4 days per week in San Francisco
