Manager, FP&A

Responsibilities

• Own functional P&L planning, budgeting, and forecasting for assigned business segments.
• Collaborate with business owners to develop robust financial forecasts that reflect strategic direction.
• Lead the creation of financial reports and presentations for senior executives and the Board of Directors.
• Design and enhance financial dashboards to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Build detailed financial models for scenario planning and ad hoc special projects.
• Act as the primary expert for the Anaplan FP&A tool, ensuring data integrity and structure.
• Identify and build automation and AI-augmented workflows to improve team efficiency and accuracy.
• Partner cross-functionally to provide data-driven insights and guidance to business unit leaders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive Finance experience, with demonstrated growth in FP&A roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• Thorough understanding of GAAP accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills and experience with planning tools like Anaplan or NetSuite.
• Technical fluency in SQL, Python, PowerQuery, or similar data manipulation tools.
• Hands-on experience using and building with modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot).
• Experience in the SaaS industry is preferred.
