Manager, Forecasting and Value Analytics

Responsibilities

• Design and build reporting dashboards using advanced data extraction, cleaning, and visualization techniques
• Transform raw data into actionable business insights by identifying trends and patterns
• Translate complex business needs into technical specifications for analytics solutions
• Develop tools and deliver training programs to enable self-serve analytics for non-analytical end users
• Document data flows, systems, and processes to improve the management of business processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the usability and aesthetic appeal of deployed analytics solutions
• Provide specialized consulting and technical support to optimize and scale repeatable analytics solutions

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in data analytics or a related field
• Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in data visualization and data storytelling
• Strong expertise in data mining and analytical problem-solving
• Advanced skills in insights design, development, and reporting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
