Manager for Procurement & Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the procurement and supply chain team, driving performance across the organization.
• Coordinate project requirements with procurement activities throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Ensure accountability for cost efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery during project execution.
• Act as the interface between local business units and divisional leadership to ensure early procurement involvement.
• Review and support category strategies to identify cost-saving and cash-improvement opportunities.
• Drive demand reduction initiatives and continuously improve procurement processes, KPIs, and operational efficiency.
• Represent Procurement & Supply Chain in Project gate reviews and ensure compliance with policies and sustainability objectives.

Requirements

• Solid procurement experience with a proven track record in a management position.
• Relevant degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field.
• Extensive experience in project procurement, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
• Proven ability to develop and implement procurement and supply chain strategies.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency with SAP solutions, specifically SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP MDG.
