Manager for Graduate Recruitment

Responsibilities

• Implement the institution’s multi-year strategic enrollment plan for graduate programs, including the Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) program.
• Execute recruitment activities through virtual, on-campus, and off-campus engagement opportunities.
• Achieve annual recruitment goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) established by university leadership.
• Manage the admissions and enrollment process from inquiry through enrollment, including application review and applicant interviews.
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with prospective students through personalized outreach via phone, email, and meetings.
• Travel to represent the university at recruitment events, conferences, and partnership meetings.
• Support faculty and program directors in developing and implementing recruitment initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, higher education, or a related field.
• Experience working with graduate students and/or adult undergraduate student populations.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience utilizing Slate CRM.
