About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement the institution’s multi-year strategic enrollment plan for graduate programs, including the Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) program.
- Execute recruitment activities through virtual, on-campus, and off-campus engagement opportunities.
- Achieve annual recruitment goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) established by university leadership.
- Manage the admissions and enrollment process from inquiry through enrollment, including application review and applicant interviews.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with prospective students through personalized outreach via phone, email, and meetings.
- Travel to represent the university at recruitment events, conferences, and partnership meetings.
- Support faculty and program directors in developing and implementing recruitment initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, higher education, or a related field.
- Experience working with graduate students and/or adult undergraduate student populations.
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience utilizing Slate CRM.
