Manager Flux & Préparation de commandes

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the supply of self-service aisles and stock reliability through management processes and hygiene/safety rules
• Act as the primary contact for logistics platforms, Supply Chain teams, and direct suppliers
• Coordinate with Purchasing teams to monitor assortments and manage inventory organization
• Monitor supplier delivery schedules and quality levels in coordination with the Supply Chain
• Manage the flow and order preparation teams using a manager-coach approach to develop skills and meet objectives
• Ensure synergy and transversality between the flow team and other department teams

Requirements

• Experience in the logistics sector
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Strong organizational skills and rigor
• Ability to work in a physical environment involving heavy loads and handling equipment
• Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
