Manager Fleet Sales

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the UK fleet sales strategy to drive volume, profitability, and market share across corporate, SME, leasing, and public sector channels.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle value, including residual value (RV) strategy, used vehicle operations, and remarketing performance.
• Set fleet pricing, discount structures, and tactical campaigns while managing sales and ordering forecasts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, major leasing partners, and RV setters.
• Develop and oversee a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) programme for the retailer network to maximize used car values.
• Lead the UK fleet team, fostering a data-driven, collaborative, and high-performance culture.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with retail, finance, marketing, and supply chain teams to align fleet and retail mix.

Requirements

• Degree level education (preferably in a commercial or technical field) or equivalent high-level professional experience.
• Extensive experience within the automotive industry, specifically in fleet leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of the UK fleet market, leasing landscape, and end-of-life remarketing.
• Proven experience in Residual Value (RV) management and working with used car valuation tools.
• Strong knowledge of EV products and electrification strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
