Manager, Fleet Command Center

Responsibilities

• Lead the Fleet Command Center (FCC) team, including hiring, onboarding, and coaching FCC Operators and Specialists
• Own day-to-day FCC operations, shift coverage, and incident response
• Set and monitor team KPIs for safety, quality, and rider experience
• Partner with Training teams to design and improve certification standards
• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex rider situations and high-level ridealongs
• Collaborate with Site Operations and Engineering on deployments and new features
• Manage staffing forecasts, schedules, and the FCC team budget
• Maintain SOPs, daily summaries, and job descriptions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, or operations
• 2+ years of direct people management experience
• Experience in fleet coordination, route optimization, and operator communication
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or transportation
• 3+ years in a management role
• Experience managing 24/7 operations or command-center environments
• Experience in autonomous vehicles, transit, or rideshare fleet operations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
