Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 4 to 8 technical contributors and project managers
• Promote a positive team culture focused on diversity, engagement, and professional growth
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations through clear communication
• Participate in business development activities and local society meetings
• Ensure technical excellence and implement best-in-class business processes
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing staff in technical and project management skills
• Execute company and regional strategies in collaboration with leadership

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical consulting and client relationship management
• Well-rounded working knowledge of fire protection engineering fundamentals
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to reside in or relocate to the Austin Metro area

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Engineering (PE) License
