Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight, innovation, and leadership for the Fire and Life Safety engineering service line across New Zealand.
- Drive outstanding results for clients and stakeholders by optimizing commercial, human, and project outcomes.
- Contribute to business success by providing technical, leadership, and design solutions across all facets of Fire and Life Safety engineering.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to increase revenue, profit, and market penetration.
- Manage multidisciplinary projects through the full project life cycle, ensuring delivery meets quality, time, and budget requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Fire Engineering.
- Proven expertise in Fire and Life Safety engineering, ideally recognized as a leader within the New Zealand market.
- Demonstrated experience in business development and expanding market presence.
- Strong track record in managing multidisciplinary projects from inception to completion.
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and mentor professional teams.
